Where do your items ship from?

I work out of an open and airy studio in Northeast Georgia. Forest critters, caffeine and my musical obsession of the week are good company! Your art piece will ship directly from my studio to your front door.

When can I expect to receive my piece after ordering?

Please allow 2-4 business days for handling. Shipping generally takes 5-7 business days, however the holiday season could extend this time to 5-10 business days. Shipping times are decided by the carrier, and delays are unfortunately always a possibility.

**Please note that I am not responsible for any additional charges to you by your local government, including but not limited to VAT, import fees and other duties.**

What if my art piece is lost in transit?

If your package is lost in transit, contact me at cari@cariengland.com within 48 hours of the expected arrival date, and a replacement will be sent out to you at no additional cost.

If you ordered an original art piece and it is lost in transit, please contact me at cari@cariengland.com within 48 hours of the expected arrival date to discuss options moving forward.

What if my art piece arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged item, please contact cari@cariengland.com. You must provide photos showing the damage within 48 hours to be eligible for a refund/exchange. Damaged item(s) must be returned, at no cost to you.

What if I received the wrong item?

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact me immediately at cari@cariengland.com if you receive the wrong item. This way, I can assess and remedy the issue in a timely manner!

Do you offer international shipping?

I currently only ship within North America. I may offer shipping to other countries in the future, so stay tuned! 

What shipping materials do you use?

Everything is either recyclable, compostable or biodegradable. I try to do my part to protect where the wild things are. Please dispose of shipping materials accordingly and responsibly.
