Payment Options
If I see a painting I love, what payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa) and PayPal.
If I decide to invest in a larger painting, can I split up the payments?
Absolutely! I have financing options available through Affirm when you make your purchase or art commission. If you'd like to request a different payment plan or a specific number of payments, you can reach out through my contact form with the piece you'd like to purchase and the payment schedule that works best for you.
If we arrange a payment plan for your piece outside of Affirm, your painting will be shipped once the last payment is received.
Art Information
What materials do you use for your original paintings?
I use a variety of products - each piece is unique in its own way. Generally, my original paintings are on either a stretched canvas or an Artefex Gallery Panel. I use graphite, charcoal, inks, markers, acrylic and oil paints in varying amounts to create each image. All original mixed media paintings are varnished upon completion.
What materials do you use for your original art prints?
My original prints are currently printed with Giclee. A Giclee painting - it's the closest thing you can get to the real deal! These stand apart from standard prints due to their higher quality, longevity and value. Canvas prints use inks that can fade over time, but Giclee art prints use archival-grade pigments that can last for decades. This means all the fine details down to each brushstroke (without fading or yellowing) are visible on your favorite pieces!
How do you price your work based on the materials used?
Great question! The answer will vary depending on the materials used and the size of each piece. If you'd like to see a full price breakdown per piece, send me a message and I'll send you a downloadable PDF.

Care Instructions
Once I receive my art piece, how do you recommend I take care of it?
The most important thing to remember is to keep your artwork out of direct sunlight. If it gathers dust over time, gently wipe the surface with a clean dusting cloth. Hang your piece according to the hardware fixed to the back of the piece or according the the frame you place the art in.
RETURN POLICY
I have a 30 day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your art piece to request a return.
What makes an art item eligible for return?
Your art piece or item must be in the same condition as you received it - unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You will be asked to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How can I start a return?
To start a return, contact me at cari@cariengland.com. If your art piece or item is eligible for return, you are responsible for all costs in shipping the item back.
EXCEPTIONS:
I do not accept returns on commissions or sale items.
Do you offer exchanges?
The simplest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your original purchase. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
When can I expect my refund once I make a return?
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return. If it is eligible for return, your refund will be approved. Once approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
